White Hart Hotel By Greene King Inns - Braintree

Marvellous location right at Fountain.

It had amiable staff.

The bathroom was a bit tired.

We think it's a good choice for staying in Braintree.

The hotel has a charming ambiance that enhances the dining experience.

The breakfast buffet lacked sufficient replenishment during peak hours.

The breakfast was amazing and included.

Convenient and good value for money

Great relaxing atmosphere, excellent food, friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable bed.

Dated bathroom, room too warm

I loved to be in this place. Everything was good, had a really really nice stay at a weekend. The staff were attentive and the design was nice. The hotel was placed in the central location to use the restaurant till. Moreover, it's next to Braintree, the centre, Braintree Village.

A Mixed Bag with a Good Staff

We spent one night in a Double Room, and while it offered a charming atmosphere, improvement is needed in terms of maintenance. The staff's eagerness to assist really stood out, even during our stressful check-in experience. A better breakfast selection would enhance the stay significantly.

I liked that it is relatively close to the station and in the centre of town. The room was clean and one of the largest single rooms I've ever stayed in.

I wasn't much impressed that the smoking area was directly under my window!

Bed was very clean and comfortable. Not a noisy pub, location was central, but difficult to navigate the one-way system with an out of date sat-nav!

Breakfast was mediocre, but staff were very pleasant.

The lounge with books and fireplace was a cozy retreat.

Very helpful friendly staff, fantastic food, brilliant beds and very reasonably priced.

I thought the bathroom was a little bit poor in comparison to the rest of the room.

Staff were friendly, breakfast was good, it was quiet.
